Preparation is an act that requires one to invest time, energy, and resources in anticipation of an event that may or may not come to pass at a future date. It is an act that necessitates a commitment to a greater experience. It is an act that mandates the sacrifice of this moment in anticipation of another.
Having the will to win is part of human desire; no one likes to lose! But preparation is a choice to put motion behind the desire. If you want to experience all that can be, you must first agree to sacrifice much of what is.
